I've just moved to Brighton from the lovely town of Slough, yep the one where the Office was filmed, and yes, also the one which the poet laureate wrote a poem about dropping bombs on. I'm obviously really gutted to now be living somewhere with beautiful views and a nightlife that doesn't consist solely of chavs beating each other up. I'm currently living with the other member of Peeptoe magazine's staff, which is an online Burlesque magazine run by, well, me and my housemate. My interests are Burlesque, photography and web design. And I spend my day surrounded by mad cats who like to bring me dead presents. I am hoping to meet... I've no idea. Someone to talk to really. If I won the lottery I would... Buy my own place, build a dark room in it, and fly my closest friends back from America and Australia. In my bedroom you will find The computer, more shoes than I dare to count, a selection of sleeping cats, and me working. My guests (living or dead, actual people or fictional characters) to the ultimate dinner party would include... Marilyn Monroe, Gypsy Rose Lee, Dita Von Teese, and the Burlesque Womens Institute girls. Though I imagine the dinner would be ignored in favour of cocktails, champagne and wine. My ideal date would be (e.g. candlelit dinner) Somewhere calm where I could actually talk to my date. So not a gig or cinema. Unless it was gig/cinema first then onto somewhere else.. and no, I don't mean your bedroom ;) My ideal vacation would be Somewhere where I could relax in the day, but experience different entertainment at night.
